Trifascicular Block

Trifascicular Block (Example 1)
Trifascicular Block (Example 2)

A trifascicular block occurs when there is a combination of a bifascicular block (RBBB and LAFB or LAPB) and a 1st degree AV nodal block. Trifascicular block is a misnomer term since the AV node is not a fascicle. A trifascicular block is a precursor to complete heart block.
