Dextrocardia (Example)

Dextrocardia occurs when the heart is position in the right side of the chest instead of the left. The EKG findings include:

1) Predominately negative P wave, QRS complex, and T wave in lead I

2) Low voltage in leads V3-V6 (since these leads are placed on the left side of the chest)
