A 41 year old female with a history of Lyme disease is admitted to the hospital with intermittend dizziness and an episode of pre-syncope. Her blood pressure is 120/80, heart rate 40, respirations 12, and oxygen saturation 99% on room air. Physical examination is unremarkable. Laboratory studies are normal as well. Below is her ECG:
