ECG Case #2

A 62 year old female with a history of hypertension, diabetes, and end stage renal disease requiring hemodialysis presents to the emergency department with increasing shortness of breath and dizziness. She actually passed out twice in the last 1 hour. She missed her last 2 dialysis sessions.
